With the Office 365 Enterprise subscription, you can deploy a Hybrid environment. You can refer to Exchange Hybrid Deployment and Migration with Office 365 as a guidance.

However, as I stated before, there isn’t any official guidance for deploying Office 365 Hybrid with SBS 2011 standard. In your situation, we recommend you use the Office 365 Integration Module for Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials to integrate SBS 2011 with Office 365.

Moreover, in order to get more information, I also suggest you raise this question to our SBS support. If you get any useful information, we welcome you post them back in this thread.
