Based on your post, I understand that you have problems when use Access database in SharePoint Online. Before moving on, I’d like to clarify the following information that would be helpful:

1. Have you changed the password?
2. What SharePoint subscription plan are you using (P or E)?
3. Does this issue exist on all client machines and browsers?
4. What client version of Microsoft Access do you have installed on your desktop?

Moreover, I recommend you to re-upload the Access to SharePoint Online to see if the same error occurred.
