I have had NO resolution to this issue. I am a small business and being able to access email is CRITICAL. I have now been unable to receive email since 12 Feb - well over a week.
There is no report generated when emails are sent to my non functioning email address - it seems that they are getting through to the sender but obviously are not. I can send emails but not see any sent to me - I have tested this.
This is UNACCEPTABLE - could anyone help me PLEASE??
I am paying for a service I am clearly NOT GETTING. Will I be reimbursed? Will Microsoft pay me for the business I am missing because their system doesn't work?? What do you think?
