Hi Jh1,

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by the issue, but regarding the description, I would like you to troubleshoot the issue by referring to the following article:
Inbound mail flow

If the issue persists, you can reply to the private message I have sent asking for your domain information. Here are the steps to check it:
• Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
• Click Private messages.
• Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
