Re: Point "at sign" (@) to a host name rather than an IP address

Thanks for your post here.
 
I checked and found that both www.ask-ziggy.com.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com and ask-ziggy.com have already been redirected to www.ask-ziggy.com. Do you mean you would like to update DNS records to keep your website with your current hosting provider? If so, an A record is required to point to the IP address for your website:
 
1. For Host name or Alias, type @
If you encountered with an error message, you could type in the complete domain name www.ask-ziggy.com as replacement.
2. For IP Address, type the IP address where your website is currently hosted, for example: 172.16.140.1
We still recommend you to contact your current hosting provider, and explain that you need your IP address to create an A record to route customers to your website.
