Re: Point "at sign" (@) to a host name rather than an IP address

Actually, an A record is used to associate a domain name with an IP address. However, if the IP address of your domain registrar isn’t a static IP address, you can delete this A record and use a CNAME record only.
 
Also I checked that it seems both http://mywebsite.com and http://www.mywebsite.com can access to the website, so would you please complain what do you mean by saying I want http://mywebsite.com and http://www.mywebsite.com to go to the same place but I don't know the IP address of the host? It seems you have successfully configured to enter the same website via two URLs.
