As I understand, you were Office Live Small Business (OLSB) customer. Now OLSB had been closed. Could I know whether you had removed from former OLSB to Office 365?
 
Based on the current situation, you may download a .zip file that contains all of the data for a website or a .zip file that contains the documents you stored on OLSB in the following link: http://recovery.officelive.com/recovery.aspx.
 
Furthermore, you can refer to the Transition information for former Office Live Small Business customers.
