Re: Cannot receive emails

Hi orgahead,

Based on your description, I understand that you cannot receive emails by using Office 365 account.

To help resolve this issue, could you provide the following information for us to troubleshoot?

1.Which subscription of Office 365 are you using ?
2.Can you receive emails in OWA(Outlook Web App)? Did you encounter the same error message in OWA?
3.Is there any other people who also encountered the same issue in your company?
4.About the error message, please post a screen shoot here for us to troubleshoot?

Additionally, please make sure you have verified your domain and point the required DNS records into Office 365.

Please refer to the steps below to check the status of the domain:

1.Login Office 365
2.Click Domains under Management section in the left navigation pane
3.Check if your domain has been listed in domain list. If so, please check if the status of your domain is verified and post a screen shoot about the domain list also the status in private message for us to troubleshoot .

For Office 365 for small business:

For Office 365 for enterprise:

Verify a domain at any domain name registrar: http://onlinehelp.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-enterprises/gg584188.aspx
Edit DNS records for your Office 365 services : http://onlinehelp.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-enterprises/ff637620.aspx

1.Please go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
