I have checked the DNS records of your domain, they are correct and the public facing website www.behappytours.com is also fine.
I would like to explain that the Name servers which Office 365 provided are use for hosting the DNS records, however, the Domain Service still needs to be provided by the Melbourne IT.
So you still need pay the rent for your domain.
