Domain (DNS) set up on Office 365 - Stuck

I am having trouble getting my domain set up on Office 365. The domain is www.LivingstonGuides.com and it has been verified:
 
When following the instructions to:
Update DNS records to keep your website with your current hosting provider
I am unable to create the proper new A (Address) or CNAME (Alias).  When I go through trouble shooting I am able to verify my IP address at: 74.53.143.184 [full IP at http://74.53.143.184/~sgliving/].  However, just after that step I get the following message:
 

I have tried to read all the documentation in this area - but I seem to be going round in circles...

How do I get through this issue?  Please help.
