I understand that you are on the way to fix the adding domain issue. Moreover, if you have updates on the issue, we would very appreciate if you share related information in the forum.  

For the second question, you mean to recreate these 12 users with guardian-cap.com addresses in the office 365 portal. In the meantime ,you want these users under guardian-cap.com domain to get the emails that been sent to email address under homeguardian.org domain.Is it correct?
