no public facing website, P1, enter intranetinitiatives.sharepoint.com and get E3 intranet

I enter my URL: intranetinitiatives.sharepoint.com (P1) and get a https://intranetinitiatives.sharepoint.com/SitePages/Home.aspx

which is a (E3) Team Site home.

This was brought to my attention the week of October 17. I opened my portal and was not able to

open: Website

• http://intranetinitiatives.sharepoint.com/

When I access this link, this address loads:

https://intranetinitiatives.sharepoint.com/SitePages/Home.aspx

This is a intranet team site for an Office 365 E3. (some documents created October 20 by whom?)

I have another P1 site, cmichaelgroup.sharepoint.com, that functions as expected. (It is still needs more content to be added).

http://intranetinitiatives.sharepoint.com/ is my small business (P1) commerce site as a Microsoft VAR. I need to have it function ASAP as I am waiting on adding Unified Communications product line.

There was maintenance being performed during October 18-20, could this caused the problem?
