I attempeted to follow thes instructions In addition, I suggest you check the Storage Metrics of your account: In Office 365 portal, click Admin on the top, click Manage team sites under Team sites and documents, click Go to top level site settings, click Storage Metrics under Site Collection Administration.
I signed in as our site owner. I could get to manage team sites but could not find "top level site settings". We are a P1 user, does that have an impact?
I also looked at a list of libraries with special permissions. I could not access any of these libraries using any of the three administrators accounts. One of the admins is the site account owner.
Please help
