Based on the information, this issue maybe cause by the SQL Reporting Services feature that not supported by current Office365. You can refer this thread for more information.
So, I suggest you disable this feature with the SharePoint 2010 Foundation and then save it to a new template. After that, you can import the new template to SharePoint online again.
