In regard to the issue, you can get our service healthy notices by subscribing RSS resources in MOP(Microsoft Online Portal). To do that, please try the steps below:
- Login in MOP(http://portal.microsoftonline.com) as an administrator.
- Click “Admin” in the top, then click “Service Health” under “Support” Tab in the left panel.
- Click the RSS icon in the upper right of the loaded page, then you can subscribe to the feed and add it in your Outlook or other RSS readers.
