Re: I need technical support

I am trying to set up 3 computers with 3 individual emails, on two of the PC's I am getting the standard wizard to set up outlook. Every time I try to configure it keeps giving me the following message;

 

  

 

and it can't find the exchange when it searches encrypted or unencrypted. This is the case with 2 of the PC's

 

My my PC I tried to configure manually and put in the server name that I was provided when logging into office 365 online. Now I can't seem to even open the normal wizard as it automatically takes me to the following page;

 

   I am literally at a complete loss. I have no idea where to go from here. I have tried enabling the cached exchange mode and that doesn't work either. What is really the most annoying part is that I can access all of these accounts on my iPhone! They synced PERFECTLY and I had no problems with it at all. I literally just put in the email address and password for that account and it works. So why wont it work on the PC's? I am also and at a loss as when I was looking for a cloud host for our email I specifically chose Microsoft as I was told that I would receive 24/7 IT level technical support.

 as you can see it CLEARLY states that this is part of the package. I need this technical support as unless I can get outlook working on our PC's today I am going to be made to move back to 1and1 or another cloud host, and I  really don't want to do that as everything has gone so smoothly up till now and I am a big fan of Microsoft.
