I understand that you encounter the issue when migrate to Office 365 Preview, to further troubleshooting the issue, please help to provide the following tips for us:

1. What’s status of your domain in Office 365 before you migrate? Is it “Verified” or not?
2. When you said that the email sent to you has been bounced, could you please help to collect one of the NDR(Non-Delivery Report) and post it here? You can replace your info in the NDR for security.
3. Can you access to the admin center for Exchange? To do that, please login in MOP(Microsoft Online Portal), click “Admin” section in the IE tab, then click “Exchange” to see if you have access to it.
