Re: How do I copy contacts from 365 to an Excel Spreadsheet!?

Hi,

In Outlook:

- Open the export wizard (found in different places in different versions. Outlook 2010 is File\Open\Import)

- Select Export to a file

- Select Comma Separated Values

- Under Select folder... Mark the Contact folder that you want to export

- Pick a Place and filename for your export

- Run

Open the CSV file in Excel and tidy it up accordingly.
