User can not recceive mails

Hello

I created a new a new mail for a new user. That user was automatically assign to the wrong mailserver so I hade to remove that e-mail account and remake it. This time the server assigned was correct.

But the user from that mailaccount can only send email and not recceive any. The only way for that user to recceive any mail is if someone replys his mail.

Any ideas why this is happening?
