According to your description, the issue can be caused by the browser issue.
You can try the steps below to diagnose if the issue is relate to browser.
1. Try to reproduce the issue on another computer and let us know the result.
2. We suggest using the Internet Explorer 8 (IE 8) or above, If you using the Internet Explorer (IE) currently, you can try to reset IE and clear the IE Cache.

To clear the IE Cache, you can press F12, click Cache then select “Clear browser cache”
3. Delete Browsing History with the screenshot below:
