I am setting up 365 Professional. I am keeping my current hosting company for my website. They gave me an IP address, but in the 365 step 2 of set up the IP check now fails. It says I can proceed to the next step but I may not be able to get to my website. Is it possible the check fails but the IP is alright, or is it more likely my hosting company made a mistake in the IP they gave me?
