Unable to receive mail

I've been using my Office 365 account with no problem for about 6 months. Then a couple of weeks ago I noticed I wasn't getting any email. I started testing and found that while I can login to the website and send out email from there or from Outlook, I cannot receive email at all.

 

When trying to send email to my Office 365 account, I get a postmaster reply that says:

   Error Message from Destination Mail Server:

   550 5.1.1 User unknown

 

How can I be unknown when my account is active, I can log into it, and send mail FROM it?

 

Anyone have an idea of what might be wrong and how to fix it? I am not the plan administrator but I don't know if he would be able to fix it either.
