1. I believe others in the company are not having a problem (I'm a part time contractor so I don't often communicate with them).
2. Unknown as to internal email as I have not received any replies to my inquires either by my company email or a personal email.
3. I have tried from both Hotmail and Gmail and all are rejected with the same "User is unknown" error.
