RE: How can I configure my DNS record without configure it with domain registrar

You can change it at the current DNS-supplier you are using.

It will have no effect changing anything in the Office365 DNS, as no servers will look at that for information. (Hence NS1 and NS2)

Actually you can take a look at office365 DNS, to be sure about the MX information you need.

But still, be aware that NO mail will be send to your current mail-server if you change this.
