I have a little problem that I need your help with.
My former partner and I have split the business and I have taken over ARTC (artcgroupinc.com) completely. My former partner was supposed to disable artcgroupinc.com from our former Office 365 account (E3) that was attached to his private credit card. But today when I tried to ad artcgroupinc.com to my new Office 365 account it say that it is still attached to the old account??? I called my partner as I no longer has access to the old E3 account any more only to learn that he no longer have access to it either. How can I get the artcgroupinc.com domain released from the old account so that I can set it up with my new account with artcgroupinc.com as main domain?
Please advise.
Temporarily I have the webpage and email set up with Go Daddy, but I want to start with Office 365 P1 under artcgroupinc.com as soon as possible. Yesterday i posted the same answer but only got the answer to log in to the old account and I can not do that. Is there a numbe I can call to fix this once and for all?
Before there was a number to call I know that as I did it once for a client but unfortunatly I don't have the number any more. :-(
Can anyone please help. It is urgent.
