Re: Is it possible to view mailboxes of all users from a terminal services setup outside of Office 365

Ok this might help.

My CEO has his own exchange server supported by a 3rd party which he logs into via RDC and conducts his business. HE IS NOT CURRENTLY A USER IN OUR MS OFFICE 365 SETUP

We have setup a new business on a new domain and have decided for this project to use MS Office 365. I have a user account/license on there (E2) and we will have other user accounts/licenses on there.

Currently my CEO opens up outlook and has every mailbox both current and historic on show, so he can see any emails sent and received to those user mailboxes.

Now I want to purchase a license on MS OFFICE 365 and give him this license, so that it will enable him to see exactly the same setup for our MS OFFICE 365 within his current outlook, so it will look something like this in addition to what he already has:-

-OFFICE 365 USERS

--JOHN DOE

---INBOX

----All OTHER FOLDERS

---SENT

--FRED BLOGS

---INBOX

----All OTHER FOLDERS

---SENT

--MARY ANNE

---INBOX

----All OTHER FOLDERS

---SENT

--ANOTHER NEW USER

---INBOX

----All OTHER FOLDERS

---SENT

He never wants to send from these accounts, just purely see what is being received and what is being sent by, clicking on the folder and drilling down to what is underneath them.

He may also create rules within his outlook to bring to attention certain email delivered to those certain mailboxes.

WHAT ACCOUNT/LICENSE MUST I PURCHASE on the OFFICE 365 SYSTEM for him to do this and what other steps must be taken in OFFICE 365 or on his system to be able to do this.

Hope that clears it up!

Many thanks once again.
