Hi Mr. Mohr,

I understand the operation system on your computers are 64 bit. However, a lot of SharePoint Online functions are related to the 32 bit ActiveX controls and add-ins, we generally recommend customers to install 32 bit Office Professional Plus to work with Office 365.
