In another P1 account, I tested this over the past week (logged in with saved credentials once every day, starting outlook and refreshing the contact list) - also using an identical sharepoint contact list connected to outlook 2010, I do not get the login prompt at all. The account only has one user - the account administrator. With this P1 account the recurring login prompt is not seen.
I'm hesitant of making all users of the other account sharepoint administrators, though. (and frankly I don't know if it would help at all)
Is the sharepoint administrator user allowed "permanent" login (or allowed to use cached credentials) to the TeamSite?
If not - what is the time interval for the recurring login prompt - every X hours? (that would be good to know for trying to reproduce the issue reliably in other P1 Plan accounts)
