First, I understand that I cannot modify the spf record on Office 365. The recommendation was to revert to hosting our dns records externally which we have done. This became an issue because our website has a form submit that is sent from the web server to one of our users. The problem we are having is that the email is being rejected by the Office 365 server. I think this is happening because Microsoft is still using the spf record that was created when we started using Office 365. Any way to have this record removed or changed? This is a deal breaker for sure.
Thanks
Matt
