Re: Service down since four days.

Hi Andru,

I’d like to confirm what do you mean when you say ”Service down ”.
Did you mean you have not been able to use all the services in Office 365, such as you couldn’t send emails, couldn’t  sign in Office 365 portal or any other things?
Please give us more information about the issue you have encountered.
