Thanks for the clarification. I cannot tell you how much time I've spent on the phone w/ MS on this. They completely fail to understand what I'm saying, continually ask me what URL i'm seeing the error on and to flush my browser cache, etc. I then politely advise them this ISN'T a portal generated error for the 4th time. Then they ask me where I got the add-in and who makes it!!! After I finally get them to believe MS makes the add-in I'm using they ask me for the URL in which I downloaded it from!! Then they promptly tell me it isn't their department and say I could pay for support! Unbelievable. I've given up w/ these people at this point.
