Our domain mail is hosted by you. We have the small business and not Enterprise plan (P-1?). All addresses except one are licensed for O365. But we would like all incoming mail for one address (user1@mydomain.com) to be forwarded to an external address (other1@external.com). I have read various posts on this subject but I'm not clear on one thing: must this address (user1) be licensed (and paid for) in order to do that forwarding?
A related but different question: where do I control what action we wish to apply to any mail sent to @mydomain.com but to any invalid (and unlicensed) addresses? Can we choose to route them to one of our addresses?
