owa won't sync to 2nd computer (outlook 2010)

Help, i have connected and synced my desktop outlook 2010 to office 365 (owa) - my company is on the small/medium e2 plan)

But when i try to sync another colleagues computer with outlook 2010 to the same email account it won't connect. says the server is offline / cannot connect

Will owa only sync to one computer with outlook 2010?
