I have been so appalled by lack of any technical support other than the online forums when using office 365 I have now decided end my trial and I have hired a preferred partner to come in and sort out getting us onto the E1 plan, as at least this way I will have the help I need getting it all set up and 24/7 technical support if something goes wrong. Thank you to everyone who tried to help, I really do appreciate it.
