Cannot even try to do the 90-day trial

I wanted to try but, whenever I click go to this link: http://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/office365/online-software.aspx

And click the "free trial" button.

And then "Free 90-day trial". I am getting this error:

	You don’t have permission to access this page or perform this action.

I do have a hotmail account since 1996, and I'm wondering if that has something to do with this error?
