Before moving on, I'd like to know which Office 365 subscription you are using, Office 365 small business (P plan )or Office 365 Enterprise (E plan)? To see it, navigate to Office 365 Admin Portal> click Manage under Subscriptions.
If you are using Office 365 P plan, navigate to Office 365 Portal>click Team Site on the top link bar>click the pull-down menu of User Settings>click My Settings>click Edit Item>update the E-mail address.
