When this first happened I was at the login page, entered my info and then received this message. I have tried two different computers, clearing the cache on both and still get this message. I have logged out of all accounts. I can't get into my office 365 at all now. This all happened after directing the domain from enom to the website and then I went back after the 72 hours and this happened. I can't get into anything.

Re: multiple image upload for option using mac
Hi cindyforstan,
Currently, the feature “Upload Multiple Documents” isn’t supported on the computers without Internet Explorer.
Instead, you can use Microsoft Document Connection to upload multiple files as mchv2.0 suggested above.
In addition, you can refer to the article below for more information:

Re: Email failing when sending to other email accounts/domains as part of P1 plan
Hi ahoscott,
Thanks for your feedback.
You said problem only occurs in Outlook client, do you mean emails can be sent successfully in Outlook Web App (OWA)? If so, this is an issue caused by your Outlook client. You can try to clear the nickname cache to see if the problem persists:

You can achieve this goal by doing the following steps:
1. Log into MOP at https://portal.microsoftonline.com/ as Global administrator.
2. On the Admin page, in the left pane, under Management, click Domains.
3. Click Change address, and then step through the wizard.

Hi dknights,
Based on your description, I understand that you cannot verify your domain using TXT or MX records.
We can only use TXT or MX record to verify domain. To help resolve this issue, could you provide the following information for us to troubleshoot?
1.Have you received any error messages when you verify the domain? If so, please post a screen shoot about the error message here for us to troubleshoot.
2.Which subscription of Office 365 are you using?

Re: You don’t have permission to access this page or perform this action
Hi Lisa,
Do you mean you have added your own domain to Office 365 and you have changed your account’s domain after that?
If so, could you please provide your domain name to us for further troubleshooting? To protect your privacy, I have sent you a private message on this. It was responded in a private message with a subject of "Information Request".
Please go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
• Click Private messages.
• Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
You can reply by using the form in that display to provide the information requested.
Thanks,
Nancy Xie
Switching nameservers.
When I first set up Exchange online for our company I set it to use my own name servers and then added the correct MX records and stuff myself.
We are having issues with email not being delivered due to the SMTP banner not matching (PTR issues) but these are not present with our test domain that is managed by the Microsoft name servers (ns1.bdm.microsoftonline.com/ns2.bdm.microsoftonline.com).
I changed the NS records for our main domain but Exchange Online settings don't pick up that they are managing it.
I want to move out name server stuff to Microsoft and then add in our records for the website there but I can't get the office 365 control panel to recognise that it is responsible for the DNS stuff.
Any advice?
Transfer DNS management out from O365 to 1and1
I transfered my domain DNS to O365 from 1and1 a couple of month ago for verification and I could not get my old website at 1and1 working again after many attempts of creating alias, subdomain etc. Apparently I need to transfer back to 1and1 and let them manage the DNS but I couldn't find anywehre on O365 control panel that would allow me to do that. Can anyone help?
Or better still cahad anyone had any success at redirecting the traffic to the domain back to 1and1? The support team from 1and1 wasless than helpful.
I am on Microsoft Office 365 Plan P1
Re: Emails deleting themselves when iPhone Sync occurs
i went to Manage My Organization > Mail Control > and there is no "Rules" listed. Under mail control I see Domains and protection, Retention Policy's, Retention Tags, Journaling, Delivery reports. Where is rules located?
Re: Emails deleting themselves when iPhone Sync occurs
At the user level I have no rules under OWA / Options / Organize email / Rules but I cannot find it at the admin level
Re: Moving web site from office live small business to Melbourne IT but cannot verify on Office 365
HI Maggie
No luck - tried phoning the UK free phone number 0-808-189-1358 UK - the phone rings, then is transferred to another ringing tone which then automatically hangs up. I tried this several times but the problem could be that I am working in Munich at the moment
Tried sending e-mails to help@melbourneit.com - first one on 6th Septemeber in the morning and the second asking them to respond as quickly as possible in the evening - no response
On Friday, also sent a request for support from their web site, which I don't like using as I cannot paste screenshots - no reply
Do you have any other numbers or e-mail addresses that I could contact them on, as I am getting really fed up with the whole thing as I am getting no where fasts!
Regards
Re: Change SharePoint URL
Hi Jerry,
Thanks for trying to help. We have looked at both Enterprise and Small business offerings.
The problem is this, we require the SharePoint area to accessible from within location where we operate. The place where we work has a restricted list of words that are not allowed to appear in a URL "Sharepoint" is one such word.
He have our own domain so we tried to use a sub-domain of that using the enterprise version. As you have said though you cannot use it to point to a private collection only a public one.
We then tried the small business version however you cannot use sub-domains and we are reluctant to alter the name servers of this domain as we have a 24/7 commitment for that domain as it hosts a number of live applications.
That is why I asked the question as to whether we are able to alter the URL to remove the word "Sharepoint" I am guessing from your answer that we cant.
Thanks again,
Bill
Re: Transfer DNS management out from O365 to 1and1
Hi Yuen,
I understand that you want to point the domain DNS records to your old website in 1and1 after you have verified the domain in Office 365 P1 Plan.
You can point to your website by adding a DNS record in Office 365. For how to do this, please take the steps below:
- Login into MOP(Microsoft Online Portal) as a administrator, click “Admin” in the top.
- Click “Domain” Tab in the left panel, check the checkbox beside the domain that you want to modify
- Click “Manage DNS” in the bottom of your domain list
- In the pop up page, under "DNS manager" Tab, click “New”---“A(Address)”
- Fill in the host name you want (Please note it can’t be the same as your SharePoint Public Website address) and the IP address that your old website located
- Click “Save”, please note it may take up to 72 hours for the records take effect.
Please let me know if you have any concerns about this.
Re: Switching nameservers.
Hi Adam,
Before moving on, I’d like to clarify the case first: You want to know how to move your new domain to Office 365, and add your custom DNS records in Office 365, please correct me if there’s any misunderstandings.
Base on your description, I assuming that you’re using Office 365 P1 plan since you’ve change your NS server to Office 365. For how to add your own domain in Office 365, please refer to: Add your domain to Office 365
After all the steps done, you can add your own DNS records in Office 365 by the following steps:
- Login into MOP(Microsoft Online Portal) as a administrator, click “Admin” in the top.
- Click “Domain” Tab in the left panel, check the checkbox beside the domain that you want to modify
- Click “Manage DNS” in the bottom of your domain list
- In the pop up page, click “New”---the record type you want to add (Currently support A, AAAA, TXT, CNAME)
- Fill in the host name you want and the value that you want to add
- Click “Save”, please note it may take up to 72 hours for the records take effect.
Please let me know if this is not what you want.
Re: Switching nameservers.
I don't get a "manage dns" option, just a DNS Settings and it shows me what to set my MX records to.

Re: Moving web site from office live small business to Melbourne IT but cannot verify on Office 365
Sad to say but the only timely response I ever got from Melbourne IT was when I posted on their facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/melbourneit
Have you tried:
Host TXT
domain.com. MS=msxxxxxxx.
BOTH with a trailing period.
Re: Switching nameservers.
Hi Adam,
I can see it from my portal in P1 plan, see the picture below:
Could you please check your "Domain" Tab and see if you have verified your domain correctly, for more info, please refer to: Add your domain to Office 365
Re: Undeliverable emails to known addresses
Does this also apply to outlook 2010? I tried to restart the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service on the computer that is running the Exchange Mailbox server role, but that did not work as those commands seem to only work for 2007 version. Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Alex
