Hello mchv2.0,

Previously I meant that some users found the link “_layouts/usagedetails.aspx” was invalid, and the page could not be opened, but then the link works. However, based on the SharePoint Online Service Description, Web analytics tools have been disabled in the SharePoint Online environment. The feature is not available at this point, just as you are aware.

Thanks,
Cherry Wang

Hi Bill,

Thanks for your update.

Yes, we are unable to change the private site collection from http://[domain].sharepoint.com to http://[domain].[Someing other than SharePoint].com.

Thanks for your understanding.

Thanks,

Oh it's "available" and I saw several accounts today where it appears to be working fine. In response to user requests for reporting your colleagues have been telling people for a year or more to go to web analytics but now it's stopped working, they are told it's "not supported". Personally I would never rely on those stats anyway and I don't think they're very useful for most users, but the ambiguous handling of the requests seems a bit confused to me.

Hi InspiraPeter68,

How are things going? Can you access to Office 365 now?

Please feel free to let me know if you still encounter the issue.

Hi Pauline,

Thanks for your feedback. It is always our pleasure to be of assistance.

Here is an article providing some phone numbers about Melbourne IT support. Transition information for former Office Live Small Business customers , it provides an international phone number you can have a try. I’m sorry for lacking of experience about this.

However, I have some suggestion based on your situation for your reference. I have checked your domain by using Nslookup command, and noticed that the domain name server still points to OLSB (ns1.officelive.com and ns2.officelive.com). If your domain name is bought through OLSB, please refer to the steps provided in previous article. You will receive an email with full instructions with how to access your domain at Melbourne IT and then change name server to Melbourne IT (ns1.secure.net and ns2.secure.net).

After you move your domain successfully, you can refer to how to move your website to Office 365 (US/English).

Thanks,
Maggie Li

Hi Lisa,

The issue you are experiencing might be caused by client side. Please try the following steps to fix it:

1. Try to open the link with Internet Explorer 9.

2. Change another computer or network environment.

3. Please ensure to open the link in the same session as your Office 365 account. That means, before you open the link, please first login Office 365 with your administrator account.

In addition, I suggest you try to access the Admin page of your Office 365 portal to check it and see if it works properly now.

Thanks,
Reken Liu

Thank you for the reply but I went to both sites but still have two problems

- I had already done all of the steps suggested in community.office365.com/.../97712.aspx which is written very clearly, good info, but it didn't work on our groups Microsoft 365 (it does however work on my personal none Microsoft website?)

- Also my bigger problem is that the "insert" and "more gadgets" button does absolutely nothing no matter how many times I click, how long I wait for a response or what time of day i click it, 99% of the time no further box for adding any gadgets appear so i can't add any code anyway?!

Help

Hi Andrew,

For this you need to raise a Service request to the microsoft support Team, so that they will assist you further.

Thanks and Regards,

Actually there was an option to leave the nameservers alone when I migrated so the whole process was simple and there was no loss of service.

As always a REALLY REALLY simple mistake! I was using the wrong browser!

Opened 365 in Internet Explorer, (not chrome or firefox) my computer slowed down dramatically, but  suddenly all the buttons worked!

I still can not get the "like box" to work but have settled for the like button and another

Thank you for replys, maybe should check this with people in future

The buttons don't always work in IE and this is a "known issue" a lot of folks are awaiting a fix for.

Modify spf record

First, I understand that I cannot modify the spf record on Office 365.  The recommendation was to revert to hosting our dns records externally which we have done.  This became an issue because our website has a form submit that is sent from the web server to one of our users.  The problem we are having is that the email is being rejected by the Office 365 server.  I think this is happening because Microsoft is still using the spf record that was created when we started using Office 365.  Any way to have this record removed or changed?  This is a deal breaker for sure.

Thanks

Matt
