I would like to confirm the following things:
1.The SharePoint Online Access Database was published from Access 2010 locally to your SharePoint Online by using Publish to Access Services.
2.What do you mean by saying “re-upload it”?
After you open the Access database in Access 2010 which is associated with an Access Services website, when you click File, Info, Click Sync All, it will be synced to SharePoint Online.

As I understand, you were Office Live Small Business (OLSB) customer. Now OLSB had been closed. Could I know whether you had removed from former OLSB to Office 365?
Based on the current situation, you may download a .zip file that contains all of the data for a website or a .zip file that contains the documents you stored on OLSB in the following link: http://recovery.officelive.com/recovery.aspx.

When you mention the local domain servers, have you deployed Exchange Hybrid environment or Single Sign On for domain1.com and domain2.com?
Generally speaking, if you want to merge a domain into another domain, you need to delete the domain from the tenant first. To delete a domain from Office 365, please refer to the link below:

After you removed the domain2 and add it into your original tenant, if you also have the local environment for domain2, you can sync users from your local AD. For more detailed information, please refer to the link below:

You can use the recovery file to "recreate" your site locally but there's no transfer process and you'll have to start from scratch.
This has been a known issue for 2 years. We really need a permanent fix - the workarounds suggested shouldn't be necessary and in most cases don't work.
It's so unreliable and frustrating I just copy and paste an existing gadget so I don't have to deal with the broken editor tool at all.

Cherry thank you for your suggestion but these users can not use Office 365 the way that you suggest. The computers do not belong to our company and the IT that they belong to requires that we install nothing, including Access. They are only allowed to use the database through SharePoint Online.
1. The database was published from an Access 2010 database to SharePoint online by using Publish to Access Services and it was working without this error for a long time.
2. Nancy Xie's post suggested re-uploading. That is why I was asking her how to do it because I do not see that option. I know how to Sync.

I would like to clarify with you the meaning of “partially redelegate” you referred to?
For Office 365 for Small Businesses users, after domain verification, they can no longer to manage DNS record by themselves after pointing name servers to Office 365 hosts. Beyond that, users can also verify your domain for Office 365 and continue to manage their domain’s DNS records.

Thanks for the reply. Today, for no apparent reason, I again can open More Gadgets. I agree with mchv2.0 - we need a permanent fix here. I do not enjoy holding my breath whenever I click on More Gadgets.

Hello, I have the same issue with, I'd like to redirect an "@" with a CNAME (I'm using windows azure) and the IP can change anytime..reading the answers below I see that the support hasn't understood at all your question, did you end up resolving your issue without an A record?
