Message Delivery Failures ro my office 365 email

As of 12 hours ago all email sent to my office 365 account are getting a similar bounceback to the below:

 

My domain is registered with 1and1.co.uk and my email is forwarded onto my Office 365 account. Everything has been fine for months and no config changes!

 

Can anyone help!

Hi orgahead,

Based on your description, I understand that you cannot receive emails by using Office 365 account.

To help resolve this issue, could you provide the following information for us to troubleshoot?

1.Which subscription of Office 365 are you using ?
2.Can you receive emails in OWA(Outlook Web App)? Did you encounter the same error message in OWA?
3.Is there any other people who also encountered the same issue in your company?
4.About the error message, please post a screen shoot here for us to troubleshoot?

Additionally, please make sure you have verified your domain and point the required DNS records into Office 365.

Please refer to the steps below to check the status of the domain:

1.Login Office 365
2.Click Domains under Management section in the left navigation pane
3.Check if your domain has been listed in domain list. If so, please check if the status of your domain is verified and post a screen shoot about the domain list also the status in private message for us to troubleshoot .

Hi Peter,

From the information you post, I understand that when sending emails to your Office 365 accounts, there is an error message “503 This mail server requires authentication when attempting to send to a non-local e-mail address. Please check your mail client settings or contact your administrator to verify that the domain or address is defined for this server.
”. If I have misunderstood anything, please feel free to let me know.

To help resolve this issue, could you provide the following information for us to troubleshoot?

1.Which subscription of Office 365 are you using ?
2.Can you receive emails in OWA(Outlook Web App)? Did you encounter the same error message in OWA?
3.Is there any other people who also encountered the same issue in your company?

If you can send and receive emails successfully in OWA. Please refer to the steps below to create a new profile in Outlook to see if the issue persists:

1.Open start -> control Panel.
2.Click view by Large icons.
3.Click Mail(32- bit).
4.Click to Show Profiles.
5.Click Add button and type the new profile name, click OK.
6. Cancel the following account setting, choose always use this profile, and choose the newly created profile in the dropdown list
7.Click OK.

Hi HEN,

Sorry that I have made you confused. I mean that could you try to save the Access as a local database then re-publish it to the website, to narrow down the problem in case it’s a database issue.

However, from your post above I notice that the database works fine on your computer, which proves that the database has no problem. Based on the situation, I recommend you to try the solution in the following link to solve the problem:

Hi Ella,

Yes it is working. I waited for about 10 - 12 hours.

I had to remove the domain and recreate it, which gave me a new txt value.

After updating my dns, i had to wait for another 10 or so hours and then it eventually worked.

Hi Warry,

Do you mean that the error message “550 5.4.1 Relay Access Denied” occurred when external users sending email to Office 365 account? I understand that the domain was used with a 90 days trial of BPOS some years ago. The issue persists after performed suggestions in a blog.

To troubleshoot the issue, please refer the information in the following KB article:

If the issue persists, to further research this issue, please provide the full non-delivery report (NDR) via private message for further research. To protect your privacy, I have sent you a private message on this. It was responded in a private message with a subject of "Information Request".
 
Please go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.

You can reply by using the form in that display to provide the information requested.
 
For your reference, Non-delivery reports (NDRs) are system messages that report the delivery status of a message to the sender. The messages are a subclass of a general message information structure that is referred to as delivery status notifications. Delivery status notifications describe three different types of situations:
•Success (2.X.X numeric codes)
•Persistent transient failure (4.X.X numeric codes)
•Permanent failures (5.X.X numeric codes)

NDRs are generated whenever a message cannot be delivered. If the computer can detect the reason for the failed delivery, it maps the reason onto a status code, and a corresponding error message is printed. (To see a list of these codes, see RFC 1891 and RFC 1893.) For NDRs, most numeric codes are reported in the form of 5.X.X and are described as permanent failures.

I called BPOS support. They had to delete my expired BPOS trial account because it caused a duplicate record in de firewall. After deletion did the powershell things :) and now it works.

I do not have a SharePoint server and I think that solution is for that type of environment. I only have an Access 2010 database that was uploaded to SharePoint online. How would I re-provision security token service application in that case?

Hi Johnny Zang, when I made the transition, the Office 365 checks whether the domain is mine before making the transition to the same office 365. The Melbourne IT not issued the Invoice of the domain this year, like year before. Both facts lead me to believe that the domain was transferred to the Office 365.

download onenote folders to new local pc

I lost my laptop and am now working from a new pc unfortunatly all my onenote folders where on the laptop how ever they are uptodate copies of them on 365 how do I download them onto my pc
