Re: setting up office365 but only email - hosting elsewhere..
Re: support for R To L Languges
Before moving on, I’d like to clarify the current situation.
1. Do you want to your Team site language to Arabic language?
2. Could you describe in more details about which situation you are in and which target you’d like to achieve?
If so, please refer to the steps below:
Sign in to Office online portal via admin account -> Click "Team Site" -> Click "Site Actions" -> Click "Language settings"
Specify the alternate language(s) that this site will support. Users navigating to this site will be able to change the display language of the site to any one of these languages.
Thanks,
Aaron Yuan

Re: setting up office365 but only email - hosting elsewhere..
Hi Lj2interiors.com,
If you use Office 365 P plan, you change name server to Office 365, Office 365 will manage DNS records for the domain. If you only move email to Office 365 and keep your current public-facing website,
I suggest you refer to the article below:

Thank you very much for your contribution in this post.

Re: Create DNS records when Office 365 doesn't host your DNS
Hi Torgeb,
Thanks for posting here.
Under this situation, I suggest you try to troubleshoot the domain from the Office 365 portal, please follow the steps below.
1. Login to Office 365 portal.
2. Go to 'domain' under 'Management' on the 'Admin' page.
3. Click the domain you verified, and then click Troubleshoot. There will appear a wizard which you can go through. If there any error messages, please capture them and post back.
In addition, for further troubleshooting, please provide the screen shoot of DNS manager. If the pictures contain your private messages, please send them via Private Message. To request the picture, I have sent a private message to you.
To access the private message:

Re: RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound; not found
I tried the suggestions and this did not fix the issue.
We have since discovered that if you send a message to the group from the external address this gets through okay, however if you send the message from the same domain then this does not get through and sends the above mentioned bounceback.
Re: Sharepoint Site and Explorer View are showing different content?
Hi KEvans,
Based on the situation, please test as below to help us to narrow down the problem:
1. Test on another computer
2. Try to open these files in windows explorer
3. Create some files and then delete them, see if they still appear in the windows explorer
In addition, please check permissions of these folders. If you have no permissions on these folders, you cannot see them in team site.
To edit permissions for a list, library, or individual item, please refer to the link below:

Re: Unable to verify domain (hosted by Yahoo Small Business)
In MOST cases; whatever the original domain name was is going to be sintexinternational.onmicrosoft.com
The trial accounts do not expire for logging in and managing the Portal. access to any tool will be denied except domain management and user management.
Go to Portal.microsoftonline.com and enter sintexinternational.onmicrosoft.com then try whatever password you may have used previously.
Microsoft Online Services Technical Support can quickly search your technical contact email address you used to establish the account originally, as well as search the Domain name directly.
Another option is for Support to send a specific email to FrontBridge and request the domain be removed from the Admin Center.
Please respond to these posts so we know if you were resolved! Thanks!
Outlook Disconnects/connects Office 365
Hello there,
i have a 10 computer environment using office 365. however 1 pc is having problems with outlook disconnects/reconnects in a point that the user cannot send an email. he must close and start outlook again several times so he can send or receive emails. this doesnt happen all the time though, but when it starts happening the user cannot work. i have created a new profile in outlook and setup the office365 account from the beggining with no luck. i have also replaced the lan card in case its malfunctioning though the problems appear only in outlook.
any ideas?
Re: Unable to verify domain (hosted by Yahoo Small Business)
Non-authoritative answer:
mail exchanger = ms55938458.msv1.inalid.outlook.com
Missing the "V" in invalid the MX record and the TXT record both are using the same "MS" number.
Delete all DNS verification records and only use the TXT record. When you delete the record a NEW "MS" number will be generated.
Remove old account as described in my last post.
Add the domain again and wait 1 hour
Go to portal.microsoftonline.com and click verify now.

Office 365 Desktop Setup Fail
I am trying to install the desktop setup on one of our company laptops. The laptop is running Windows 2007 professional and had Office 2010 installed from the manufacturer (Dell).
When I couldn't update the Office 2010 to service pack from the Microsoft website (received an error that an unexpected version of Office was encountered), I installed Office 2007 professional. After installing SP2, I still cannot run the desktop setup for office 365.
We are running IE 8, Windows 2007 and Office 2007 SP2- all of which are listed in the minimum requirements screen.

Re: SBS 2008 to office 295 exchange single sign on question.
Hi Eddie,
I would like to follow up with the question you posted previously. How are things going?
Thanks,

Couple of questions
1. Where is Microsoft's support? Does Microsoft have "real" support like gmail? For example, if I have an issue, is there a number to call, after I purchase the product ($8 plan).
2. How do I create an alias? I've search all over this forum and came up with some powershell stuff, but I only get errors. I want to be able to send an email from: xxx@mydomain and newsletter@mydomain from outlook 2013 and online. My search references: https://www.cogmotive.com/blog/office-365-tips/send-as-an-alias-in-microsoft-office-365 and https://www.cogmotive.com/blog/office-365-tips/connecting-to-office-365-using-powershell
I tried downloading the powershell but all I see are red errors. There has to be a better way. Why does it have to be so hard to add an alias... gmail takes maybe 2 minutes.
I'm here because gmail has decided not to support Outlook 2013 right now. My new computer builds use Outlook 2013 and I need access to email on the desktop.
I looked at Office365 before and decided against it... figured I'd try it again.
Re: SharePoint provisioning taking too long
Thank you, David.
Hi JonB_6,
Firstly, may I know the status of the issue in current? Is it still in provisioning?
I will appreciate if some screenshots of the error message can be provided (Full screen), then we can narrow down the issue.
