Outlook 2007 keeps prompting for password
Re: How do I copy contacts from 365 to an Excel Spreadsheet!?
Hi,
In Outlook:
- Open the export wizard (found in different places in different versions. Outlook 2010 is File\Open\Import)
- Select Export to a file
- Select Comma Separated Values
- Under Select folder... Mark the Contact folder that you want to export
- Pick a Place and filename for your export
- Run
Open the CSV file in Excel and tidy it up accordingly.

Re: How do I copy contacts from 365 to an Excel Spreadsheet!?
Hi IanMaddox,
I’ll answer your question in two assumption:
If you want to get a .csv copy of a user’s contact list in Exchange Online, please try the steps below:
- Connect Outlook to Exchange Online using the user’s account
- Click “File”-“Options”-“Advanced”, then click the “Export” button in the right panel
- Choose “Export to a file” in the pop up window, click “Next”, then choose “Comma Separated Values(Windows)” and click “Next”. Select the “Contacts” tab and click “Next”, choose a location that you want save the file in and click “Next”, click “Finish” to start the process.
- You’ll get the excel file in the location you’ve just chose.
If you want to get a list of the “External Contact” in your organization in Exchange Online, you can use PowerShell to export a list of contact to a .csv file, to do that, please try the steps below:
- Configure PowerShell for Office 365
- Connect PowerShell to Exchange Online(with the admin’s credential)
- Type in “Get-MailContact | Export-CSV C:\test.csv” in PowerShell
- You’ll then get a list of the external contact in the file

Re: "The New Office 365" Small Biz Plan
Thanks for the info! I'd probably actually do the Early Adoption for my business since most of our systems are up-to-date and ready for it, as well as we want to be on the 2013 suite as soon as we can. :-)
We're a small business as well, so we can easily upgrade without being a huge issue.

Re: Cannot access Team Site
Hi Phil,
I am sorry for my late response. We have been working on this incident and found that the permission seems not to be correct. As a result, we made changes at the backend side to make sure you are the administrator of the site collection.
Could you please verify if the issue is resolved or not? Please help to collect a fresh correlation ID if the incident could still be reproduced. Thanks
Best Regards,
Allan

Shared Domain Name between O365 and another Hosted Exchange service.
Can I use a single domain for O365 and a Hosted Exchange service? Example:
I have a single domain @contoso.com and I need 10 users to be hosted on MailStreet's hosted Exchange and I need 8 users hosted on O365 using the same domain "@contoso.com". is this scenario possible?
thanks
