Microsoft always takes feedbacks seriously. Currently we have already received several similar issues from other customers, after further investigation, we found a Service Upgrade about mobile website access is going on recently. Here is a related thread stating detailed information for your reference.

Thanks again i will try this but don't hold much hope - not very good with technical stuff and am not finding this easy at all, just wish I could ring someone there and them have a look to see exactly what the problem is. Think I may need to abandon this website and try to set up with someone else, just hope I can use my domain name!

No the problem still exists. It is still Setting up Sharepoint. Just sitting there spinning the little circle. If you could call me maybe we could walk thru the issue or if you have a online chat, that might also work.

Hello,
We have been trying to connect our email ( domain ) to office 365 outlook but couldnt suceed . Our domain host provider advised not to chnage the name server instead advised to follow the below which we did on our plesk control panel but still our emails hasnt ported yet
the instructions we followed were

currently our email address appears arthur@[modified by moderator].onmicrsoft.com but we need our email servers ported to office 365 so that we can have all our emails coming thru to office 365 as arthur@[modified by moderator].co.uk
could you please help us getting this sorted please

Have you verified your domain in Office 365? I understand that you want to use your custom domain for emails addresses. Please try the following steps:
1. Add your domain to Office 365:
P plan: http://onlinehelp.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-smallbusinesses/ff637561.aspx
E plan: http://onlinehelp.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-enterprises/ff637620.aspx
2. Change the users' emails addresses:
Click Users under Management, click Username->Details, and change the User name to xxx@yourdomain.co.uk
